SURGICAL STATE’s complaints management process includes established procedures for routing complaint information throughout all channels for quick resolution.

In addition to ensure that response to complaints are managed in a timely manner with a complete auditable process. For those incidents that cannot be resolved immediately, Enterprise Content Management System (ECMs) enables us to implement escalation processes that direct the issue to the right person in a timely manner.

3. Call us (Non-Working time/days) at 923.215.540.003 after business hours and on weekends for Emergency Support. Calls will be forwarded/linked to a Surgical State Solution Advisor who will assist you in the best possible way.
